Minimum team will be one candid photographer, one traditional videographer, and one traditional photographer.

Cinematic Highlight and Pre-wedding video teams consist of 1 or 2 cinematographers and their assistants.

Pre-wedding shoots have 1-2 photographers and assistants depending on the scale of the shoot.

Packages depend on amount of work required and number of days involved. Our packages start from rupees 1 lakh onwards.

Package includes all the raw photo data, 500 color-corrected images, edited full wedding video, and a 50-sheet premium album which contains approx 300 photographs.  All 300 photographs selected for album will be edited and color-corrected before album designing.

Cinematic Highlight package includes a 5 minute wedding highlight with 1 minute teaser

Pre-wedding package includes all raw data and 20-30 edited photographs.

Pre-wedding cinematic video includes 3-5 minute video shot on your favorite song

Our package includes an album of 50 sheets for weddings which contains approx 350 photographs but you can increase the number of sheets if you feel you want to select more photographs.

  Not at all.  Our packages are final prices.

We use contemporary hindi movie songs, instrumental music, etc.  Also, we would love to know your taste in music so that we can deliver videos according to your liking.  Also, in case of wedding highlights and trailer, and pre-wedding cinematic video, you can definitely suggest your favorite songs.

For traditional videos, we will use all the clips shot, so we don’t allow any changes as such.  As far as music is concerned, we will ask you beforehand for the kind of music you would like to have in the video and the editor will use that only.

For cinematic highlight videos also, we will ask you if there is any particular song or music piece that you’d like to have in the video.  We will use also music from our side which we will feel goes well with the kind of shots we have and also to give a certain feel to the video. We will give you a rough draft to check for shots and music.  You can suggest changes if you feel something needs to be changed. After your confirmation, the video will go for final editing and VFX work.

It’s very important for us that all of  your close family members get clicked at the wedding, so we will ask  you to send pictures of those family members. If it’s not possible, we will also ask you at the time of shoot to introduce us with your family members, so that none of them is missed.

Its hard to answer this question as we never know how much we will get to shoot.  But...on an average a typical 2-3 day wedding has about 2500 to 3500 shots which we will give to you in JPEG format along with some edited photographs so that you get to know how  your edited photographs will look like in the album.

Raw video files are sometimes seconds or minutes of clips and they are hundreds in number which only make sense when they are properly edited and joined to form a complete video. So, we don’t generally give it to clients.   But if you really insist on having RAW video files, you can have them by giving us an external hard drive.

First of all, we would like to assure you that whatever time we take to deliver your photos and videos, its all because creativity needs time and patience.  Every minute of our time working on a project is dedicated to produce best results for our clients. Its again hard to give exact time for deliverables as it depends of scale of project and our schedule.  Approx timings for deliveries is as follows

RAW data- 1 week (with few edited and color-corrected images to give you an idea how photos are turning out to be)

Edited and color-corrected 500 Images - 4 weeks

Edited full HD Traditional Wedding Video - 5 - 6 weeks

Cinematic Wedding Highlight - 8 weeks (in case of no or single round of corrections)

Delivery of album after selection of pics - 5 - 6 weeks (in case of no or single round of corrections)

Pre-Wedding Photos, RAW and 50 edited - 2 weeks

Pre-Wedding Cinematic Video - 4 - 6 weeks

Lip Dub Video - 8 - 10 weeks

Ans. In case of albums, we will send you album design in PDF format for you to have a look at it.  If you need some changes, we’ll be more than happy to do that for you.

In case of wedding highlights or pre-wedding cinematic videos, we will show you a low resolution copy of video  (without titling or VFX work). Here also you can suggest changes, but only once. After we are done with the changes you suggest, we will give you a high resolution copy of the final video.

In case, of full HD wedding video, we can only do minor changes like changing songs, etc

You can give us a external hard drive to receive all the photographs.  Final videos can also be collected in an external hard drive also.

No, these are separate entities hired from event firms.  Their charges are as follows.

Helicam - 5,000 per day (6-7  hours)

Cranes - 7,000 per day (it consists of 6-7 hours of shoot)

NOTE :  There is helicam included in pre wedding videos and cinematic highlights .

No, we do not charge for out-station weddings.  It is covered in our package price only. You have to pay only for travel, food, and accommodation.

As a rule, we do not take more than 3 weddings on a single day, and they are shot by our experienced team of in-house artists who have worked with us over the years and understand our taste and the kind of work clients expect from us.  Kshitijj always handles all the shoots and post-production work.

Yes, we do.  We actually prefer shooting both the sides because of more creative control over shoot. But in case of events happening simultaneously at 2 locations, we may need to hire extra shooters. Thats why you need to give us entire schedule of both sides to plan our shoot well in advance.

For dresses, we take a sitting with the couple or discuss on call about the dresses they are comfortable with and the kind of dresses and colors we want.  Couple then can purchase or rent the dresses according their comfort and size.

Yes we can provide makeup with an additional cost of Rs. 3000 per makeup.

We do have a lot of props, but since we rarely would want to repeat our shots as we try our best to give clients novelty, it is not practical for us to keep buying props that we may never use.  So, we discuss with clients about the shots and then clients can buy the props for the shoot and then keep it as a memory of all the fun they had during the shoot.

For locations, we discuss with client what kind of shoot they want and then we discuss possible locations.  Some locations are available for everyone to use but there are some locations where shooting charges apply. Shooting charges will have to be paid by client.

In case of outdoor shoots, travel, accommodation, and food costs will have to be bear by client.

As a rule we dedicate the entire day to a single client.  We don’t want any distractions as it requires lot of thinking to shoot a wedding beautifully.  Also, many a times it happens that some ceremony or event happens earlier than the scheduled time, so in such cases we would want to be present at your venue to cover it.  We don’t want to miss out on any of your ceremonies so we book the entire day for you.

We use and we will use whatever it takes to produce best results for you...full frame cameras, fast lenses, various photo and video lights, gimbals, drones etc ...we use everything.  At the same time, we know its the brain of an artist which produces the photographs...and not the equipments and we have some very talented bunch of artists with us.

We have divided payments into 3 simple steps for benefit of our clients. It is as follows

Booking amount – Rs. 15000 - Without this your booking is not guaranteed

Second Payment - Remaining Amount minus Album printing amount - On the first day of the shoot

Third Payment - Album printing cost - At the time of album printing after you have confirmed designs

You can pay us by cash, cheques or net transfer.  In case of cheques, date of payment is considered the day we receive the payment in our account.  Details for net transfer are as follows.
